Position: This also is a key, senior manager position working in close coordination with the Plant Director at Hospet and reporting to Managing Director at the corporate office. The incumbent will be in charge of the HR department and have overall responsibility for HR strategy, training and development of human resource, payroll, organizational development and inter-departmental co-ordination and IR. The incumbent will have high level of inter-personal skills and communication in English, Hindi and Kan nada and senior level HR experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
Candidate: The desired candidates will be qualified HR professionals, with computer proficiency in an ERP environment and a post qualification industry experience of about 15-20 years. Preferred age group 40-45 years.
