2. Building relationships, builders, contractors and PMC.<br />
3. Projects tracking on a continuous basis to judge the market potential for key products and striving to widen the customer base through extensive research.<br />
4. Conduct product training and application seminars for representatives and customers.<br />
5. Mapping client’s requirements &amp; providing them best products / solutions, identifying prospective clients, generating business from existing client.<br />
6. Trips to support, evaluate and train the new and existing representative personnel. This includes participation in trade shows, troubleshooting the problems in the field.<br />
7. Participation in planning and formation of marketing and sales strategy.<br />
8. Recruitment and development of high quality Representative prospects.<br />
9. Timely submission of prescribed reports.<br />
10. Ensure high quality customer service &amp; client satisfaction.</p>
