• The customer care executive will join the customer care team that is responsible for managing customer queries, sales, complaints and all other kinds of interactions.
• Manage all customer calls including queries, complaints, sales, etc.
• Interact with customers via phone calls and chat both.
• Liasion with operations team to execute orders or solve complaints.
• Manage system processes, create and maintain MIS reports.
